Update
We are nearing the end of the database maintenance but some final operations are taking a lot longer than anticipated, possibly due to data growth since the last time we ran minor maintenance. We will update again once the upgrade is complete and we have entered the post-upgrade testing phase.

We will be conducting major database maintenance for critical upgrades. During this time we anticipate that the tracker and researcher portals and API will be completely unavailable for around an hour. Outbound webhook delivery will be paused during this time. Incoming webhook delivery will continue receiving payloads but processing will be delayed.
This is to ensure the continued stable operation of our services, and improve performance. Thank you for your patience during this maintenance.
